The Next Education Consultancy("we") respects your privacy. This explains what we collect for the Guess & Win contest and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email (to sign you in) and, optionally, a phone number for prize contact.
• Your display name, predictions, points and rank.
• Basic technical data (e.g. sign-up IP) used only for fraud prevention.

How we use it

• To run the contest: authenticate you, score predictions, rank players, contact winners.
• To keep the contest fair: detect duplicate or automated accounts.
• We do not sell your data.

What others see

Only your display name appears publicly on the leaderboard. Your email and phone are never shown to other players.

Offer enquiries

If you submit an enquiry on the Offers page (e.g. an IELTS booking or class), we collect the name, phone and any details you provide, on the basis of your consent, solely so The Next Education Consultancy can contact you about that service. We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit, access-controlled (row-level security on every table), and held only as long as needed for the contest, prize fulfilment, or the enquiry you raised. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

Your choices

• Access, correct, or delete your data — contact the Organiser.
• Withdraw consent by deleting your account (you'll exit the contest).
