Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your participation in the Guess & Win contest operated by The Next Education Consultancy ("the Organiser"). By signing in you accept them.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Nepal aged 16 and over, except staff of the Organiser and Epitome Solutions.
• One account per person. Duplicate or automated accounts are disqualified.

Free to play

Entry is free. This is a skill-based prediction contest. No purchase or payment is required or accepted to participate.

Not affiliated

This contest is independently organised by the Organiser. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to FIFA, any football association or governing body, any participating team, or any player. All team names, codes and references used by the contest are used solely to identify matches for prediction.

Prizes

• Prizes, quantities and the contest period are announced by the Organiser.
• Winners are determined by points under the published Rules and verification process.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated.
• Winners must respond with valid contact details within the stated window or an alternate may be selected.

Conduct & integrity

The Organiser may correct results, void affected matches, adjust points, or remove accounts that breach these terms or attempt to manipulate the contest. Sensitive actions are logged for audit.

Liability

The contest is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser and Epitome Solutions are not liable for technical interruptions, third-party outages, or data provided by official match sources.

Changes

The Organiser may amend these terms or the contest for legal or operational reasons; material changes will be communicated in-app.
